How long does my order take to arrive?

Each piece is produced specially for you on demand (2–4 business days of production) and shipped via DHL / FedEx with live tracking (an additional 3–5 business days). We'll email you as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

Where do you ship to?

We ship throughout Mexico and internationally. The exact shipping cost and delivery time are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address. Orders over $150 USD ship free.

How do I choose my size?

Our cuts are athletic and couture-inspired. If you're usually between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Can I exchange my size if it doesn't fit?

Our garments are made to order (custom embroidery/printing), so we don't offer size exchanges. We do fully cover any manufacturing defect or shipping damage — contact us with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement. That's why we recommend checking the size guide carefully before ordering.

How do I care for my printed garments?

Machine wash in cold water, preferably inside out, without bleach, and dry on low heat or air dry. This helps preserve the color saturation of the Art Series designs for longer.

Are payments secure?

Yes. All payments are processed with SSL encryption through Shopify Payments. Janga Golf never stores your card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since each garment is made to order, changes or cancellations are only possible within the first few hours after purchase. Message us right away through the Contact page.
